TYPOGRAPHY PROJECTS
PROCESS:
Designers were asked to compile a set of images from various artists that could be used for a standalone editorial. Every project was expected to reflect the designer’s personality as well as the aesthetic of the chosen artists.
CHALLENGES:
This was one of my first instances of using a grid system on a professional level, so working around large high quality images and body copy proved to be a challenge. I had issues with the sizing of the images and text, so moving forward I would like to make updates to this project.
FINAL PRODUCT:
This piece includes a fully illustrated front and back cover, the back cover being an homage to one of my favorite artists. The inside is fun and punchy, however I feel it would ready better as an artbook with minimal text.
