Process:

For this class we were asked to create a poster for a series surrounding characters that we had worked on throughout the series. This poster was to include typography which was  either hand drawn or imported. My characters that were a focus of my work thorughout this class are displayed on this poster, the lettering at the bottom was also done by hand.

Challenges:

One of the biggest challenges for this project was posing the characters in a way that made sense for the story. The biggest issue for me was in fact the  creature coming out of the charaters head, and how I would position the proportions of the face so it all made sense.

Final Product:

This piece took me 5 hours to complete and was created entirely on Procreate via my iPad and Apple Pencil. The burshes used are the Studio Pen, the Round Paint Brush, and a custom wet brush.
